While continuing to deal with the escalation of the present crisis in this never-before seen scenario, we are doing our best to manage the emergency and uncertainties. The many stories we have heard have all attested to just how much work emergency room operators are doing and how much we are learning, at various levels, from this crisis. The sharing of experiences has so far proved useful: each day we are making improvements to the way we operate by building on what others have learned.
We are all tired, nevertheless we will continue to stay on the front line.
